During our Graduation options and Development seminar to graduating students in September 20, 2014 (Saturday) held at Zanorte Sports and Cultural Center in Gen. Luna St. Estaka Dipolog City hosted by Saint Vincent's College to its PESO Manager Mrs. Sylvia B. Sumondong, RGC participated by some of its sister school ( St. Joseph College, Rizal Memorial Institute, Saint Estanislao Kotska College by their respective PESO Manager) he delivered a short talk and its inspires how its small it is.
By his short talk he says about his college life and also in the public service. In public service as what he says that it is not only fulfilling an eight hours a day but beyond of that as much possible. Also in his another statement of the talk about doing good as a legacy to people.
